yeah I think it is unfair.
I think they should have let everyone create an ice bori for that day.
I don't even see the point of why they made us download the yahoo neopets toolbar anyway, it only worked for 3 days and then went right back to the normal yahoo toolbar which I deleted because I found it annoying

Australians could download it. I disagree with all of your guesses. From memory there were about 21,000 Bori's created before they were released to the public so that means there were less than 21,000 ice bori's created. Unless neopets secretly released more
