I've been trying to get my husbands' account unfrozen for almost a year now with limited results. I submitted a "frozen form" when it was first frozen with no response. Recently we found out why the account was frozen in the first place - our neighbor's son had used my husbands' account without permission and sold off items he had gotten from many account he created in order to get free items. So I sent in another frozen form recently with the updated information, only to get a response that the account had been frozen for too long to reactivate it. Seems like a catch-22...if I had sent multiple form submissions - I would've been breaking the rules, but by not submitting enough of them - the account remained frozen for too long. :(

My question to the unfrozen is: Are there any of you that have been unfrozen after the account was on ice for a year or longer?

Edit: Forgot to add this in the original post - the reason why I asked on PPT was that I recall reading here about two weeks ago that someone said they were unfrozen after 16 months...I just don't remember what thread it was in

Thanks in advance for your responses

It's never happened to anyone I know - but I did once add a bit on the end of one of my emails about an unfrozen account, asking about my friend's, and Carolyn (who doesn't work there anymore) said:

That suggests that they don't unfreeze after a year has elapsed :/

That stinks... That means 12or1 (My unfairly frozen account) will never be unfrozen... My darling little pet Xanindor... Gone... And since I technically did cheat on my other account that got frozen (Keep in mind it was to gain back the NP that I had lost when I was unfairly frozen...) It's highly unlikely I'll be unfrozen on that account even though it's only been a couple months. But didn't Magentas account take forever to be unfrozen? Maybe over a year?
