Nice Neopians

I love to restock, heck, who doesn't like making NP? and I'll be the first to admit, I love having it too and like rolling in it and swi--Eh, before I run off on a tangent, lemme get to my point.

Two weeks ago someone IM'd me out of the blue asking if they could have a Flotsam cookie I had rs'd from the Bakery. As usual I said no but felt kinda guilty about ti and sent him the cookie. I got a thank you neomail and went on my day.

I came online today to find the guy has boughten out my shop. Like 25k worth of stuff and even sent some stuff back.

So, Im wondering if anyone else has ever ran into a person in need and gotten a reward/thanks/something cool in return?

Um yep, I got someone a quest item, he gave me a scratchcard

Also, the latest furniture round, I just made 30k in one round!

i give people an item if they help me with a quest cause i get tired of sitting in the quest chat for 10 minutes

Yeah, one time I just bought something from a guys shop.... hold on, lemme apologise if i make any typos but ive had my hands in a pond of the last 30 minutes and its cold and despite the amusement im gettting from watching my dyslexically frozen hands try to type, i despair at the time it take and how prone i am to errors, anyway

i bought something from his shop, and I had a load of some useless item in my shop, i had about 35, they were waaaaaaaaay overpriced to stop people buying them, and bam he comes in and bought them all, that made me bout 300k. Cant argue with that

I've never ran across a Neopian like that. Sometimes I talk to some nice ones, but no one has been overly-generous to me, even if I do treat them to an item. I don't really give and expect something in return.

Eh sort of...

Once I posted that the news was up on the neoboards, and some one sent me something... I asked why and they said because I let everyone know about the newly released stuff, and that they were thankfull...

Also I once helped someone on the help board so they started sending me over party themed items :lol:

I think my guy was a bit... you know.... i think something was out of sync, malformed, or just plain missing upstairs.

I've had a couple nice ones. This girl couldn't figure out why she couldn't talk to the hermit in neoquest II, so I helped her out, and after quite a few neomails we FINALLY figured out the problem (it was so obvious it was funny at the time :wink:), and then she mailed back "Thanks a lot! All I have to give you is this angelpuss, but thanks for the help!" I really wasn't expecting that. In a similar fashion, someone I helped gave me a gelert cupcake (I have a few gelert items in my shop).

Well, when I help people on the quest board, I sonmetimes get a scratchcard or something.

And today I bought someone a Medicinal Soap when their neopet was ill and hadn't got enough np to buy the cure, and she sent me a codestone.

ya, i gave some stamp collector who needed an item to be in top 10stamp collectors, when he reached top 10, he gave me a H4K Helmet (they sitll called that?)

The only person I've really received something from for helping are people I know from the Gorillaz forums. I won't tell their name but [someone] had gave me an Abominable Snowball for helping her with her account(she was new to Neopets). It may not sound like much but it was nice of her to do so.

I was sending out peaches and tomatoes on the avatar board to everyone who posted on my board, and this guy came along and gave me a purple neg, which was really nice of him!

The actual only thing I remember like that on Neopets, was one time I was requested to do a website of all the avatars on the Neoboards at that time for a neopoint reward of 50k. I did so, yet the requester said it wasn't what they wanted (although I had listed all the avatars I knew were available [even some secret ones])
Anyway, I posted my case on the NeoBoards, and someone was nice enough to send me a Lime Swirly Negg and gave me some advice.

I just lost an island ixi in the pound during a transfer, so I neomailed the girl who got the pet, and she agreed to put her back in the pound for me! I sent her two bottled faeries and a knuhm(sp?) to thank her... lost the ixi again, since my stupid FREAKIN COMPUTER CRASHED ON ME AND...*goes into frothing-mouthed frenzy*
