The answer is in the Neopedia! I tried searching using the HELP box and that came up empty. So, as someone suggested on the boards, I did a Yahoo search and it came right up!

Hmmm, well, we had another LC question that we had to decode and I didn't put it in their question form. I sure hope they don't want the answer in numbers. Well, for those who haven't solved they can still include both the number and word answer!

I think the boards have crushed it again. Or they're all completely wrong and there's gonna be a bunch of sad cheaters this Christmas. Or whatever those cheaters have this month.
