Good job getting yourself frozen for something blatently against the rules. Not to mention the fact that this site IS geared towards children. Sexual stuff is just not appropriate.

If you didn't want to be frozen, then you shouldn't have been talking about that sort of thing on Neopets. No offense, but I don't see any real reason that your old account should be returned to you, since you were doing something against the rules.

Here's my problem. There are many people that are unjustifiably frozen. People here can testify to that. However for all those people, there are people that get frozen perfectly legitimately yet claim to be innocent.

It is those people that steal credibility away from those that have not done a thing.

If we are ever to get Neopets to realize that there is a problem with unjustified freezings, people like this need to be shown that what they do is inexcusable and unacceptable.

Nods and agrees. What happened here was a justified freezing. Sorry, but that's that.

Many of us are in agreement that there are things in the T&C that either are missing or are vague. But some things are very very clear, both in the T&C and in the Chat Rules. If you had taken the time to read them after the last time you were frozen, you might have learned something. If that sounds harsh, well it's not meant to be. It's the plain truth. You did this to yourself posting things like that.

I don't really care what the age group/site/forum is. There are rules or terms of use to be followed just about everywhere. If you can't abide by what is clear and plain, then you shouldn't go to that site or forum. And if you do and you break the rules, you shouldn't complain or be surprised when you're frozen or banned for it.

There's too many people unfairly frozen, either for something they truly did not do or because of an unwritten rule or some odd technicality that a staff member or monitor decides to enforce (or those non-existent bots) who do need our help and support, however we may be able to give it. And every time someone who was fairly frozen writes in trying to get their account back, they're taking up space for the unfairly frozen person to be heard.
