Since this is about their merchandise, maybe it has to do with redeeming rare item codes. Naughty if you haven't redeemed any. Nice if you have--Neopets thinking that you are nice because you bought some of their stuff.

Just curious: has any "naughty" person ever redeemed a rare item code?
