I just into my safety deposit box and the only things in it were the few items I dumped in yesterday.... I had about 500+ items in it, did this happen to anyone else??????? Where do i report this?

I would definently send in a bug report in case it was a glitch or something.

I think it's also possible that someone could have gotten into your account and possibly emptied it out. That could also be a reason everything is missing. If I were you I'd change your password just to be on the safe side.

Most likely a glitch with just your account. I don't seem to have any missing items and neither does anhone else from what I've read. Just report the glitch. That's all you can do. Sorry about the losses

I have checked all of my accounts and have everything in my SDBs as well.

I suggest reporting it via the bug form. Also, try to think of everything you had of value in there and list it on the bug form. Many of us got items back after the SDB glitch that occurred in mid-November, but only the things we actually named as missing. That doesn't mean you will get them back, however. But, it is worth a shot.

Also, just in case someone got into your account and cleaned you out, I suggest changing your password. While there, check to make sure no one changed your email address. And, if they did, contact Neo immediately.

You probably got hacked than anything else.

I hope it was a glitch. It would suck to have all those items taken away. happened to me also.

Isnt it something to do with your neopets cookie or some database glitch if you knew programming. If you could, could you "create" lost items in the cookie?

Thanks, filled in my bug report, i doubt that it was a hack though, all the neopoints in my bank and all are intact, only the SDB in empty, and i have lots of silly things like half eaten jellies and such (was half heartedly trying for packrat avie........) I doubt hackers would bother to clean those out...... mostly lost some codestones, petpets, some rather expensive furniture and a lot of books, (quite a few of them retired......) and yeah, all the avent items for the past few days.....i did like my advent items.... oh well, at least those are relatively cheap to replace, I hope i can at least get my books back.....
