I'm going to guess write to Support. Normally with Bug Reports you don't get an answer back. That's the main reason I suggest Support. I don't know the category ... I guess Other?

3 full sets of codestones, my first battle set and after looking through it, a christmas pb I'd gotten cheap off the wiz. Didn't get them back, never filled out a bug or any other form, because of their normal policy of not returning things. I figured it wasn't worth writing in and I didn't want to bother them, I'm sure they were overwhelmed with reports. And I sure don't want them thinking I'm trying to "get over" on them after I learned they did replace some peoples' things.
Stuff does happen, and I give Neopets alot of credit for getting the site back up and running after that bad day. Can't imagine what they all must have gone through. So my loss may not be little to me, but in the overall scheme of things? It's nothing.
But your case, Ellusenia, is definitely different! I think someone else posted that the same thing happened in their shop. Just don't remember the member name. Maybe if you look for your first Topic on this you'll find it and can PM them to see if their shop got straightened out or if they got an answer from Support.
EC, I write every time it happens--just to remind them that their system isn't working properly and that it could work better if they implemented new software, etc. I am sure they think I am a pain in the patoot. But, hey, my philosophy is that if you don't let them know that something isn't working, then they may never know that a problem exists.
However, I do think that there is a change in the air. Several times today I got the red pteri page and page cannot be displayed after doing quick stocks--and was sure that I had lost the items being transferred--and I didn't--not once. So, maybe they have changed the way they capture data.
When I lost my items in the SDB glitch, I wrote a bug report as soon as it happened. It took a few days for me, but I did get an email back about it--as did others who reported losses.
Tested made this fabulous set for me!!! Isn't it great?
