Squee! My very first time using mah new scanner.

Anyway, this is a picture of a pheonix, done in pen. Actually, it started out as just random doodling, but I thought it turned out pretty well. It looked better int he red pen, though. I don't know hwo to keep my color when I'm scanning.

I know the wings look bad...can't draw wings to save my life.

Anyways..Comments? Criticism? Any acknowledgement whatsoever?

Comment 2. BMP (Bitmap) is a large file type... please try to save in jpg or gif.

Congratulations on getting a scanner! I remember I was nearly bouncing off the walls with happiness when I got mine. As for the wings I know some good tutorials that can help you lots.

That's really adorable! The wings are very good, don't be so down and out on yourself. But I have a suggestion. Maybe you could add fire around the phoenix and crop the picture down to a smaller size.

Keep scanning the images though. I like it a lot, espically the tail feathers!

Thats a really nice pic! Adding some color would improve it allot though.
