http://www.neopets.com/newnt/index.phtm ... 89&week=78

Round 40. Neopets answer: 278116 Our answer: No solution, because the question statement has an error

In two consecutive conundrums, Neopets makes an error in the question statement. In this one, the solution is supposed to be that if all spaces are removed from the question statement, then the strings "two", "seven", "eight", "one", "one", and "six" can be found within the long string of concatenated words. The "two" comes from "bright woolen"; the "seven" comes from "pass even"; the "eight" supposedly comes from "the light" (but that actually gives "elight"); the first "one" comes from "shone"; the second "one" comes from "monotone"; the "six" comes from "six".

Anyway, as you can clearly see, Neopets never managed to spell "eight". They should have used a word like "weigh" or "sleigh" followed by a word that begins with the letter "t". Alternatively, they could have simply used one word, as in "height" or "freight".

Has anyone else noticed that the trophys for the Thieves side has names close to reguarding their profession? (bare with me ive never linked on pinkpt before.)

Image comes with trophy names of : Pickpocket, Apprentice Thief and Swindler
the image is of Sabatha.

Thats the only one I can link so far because I don't know what goes under Galem or Masila. The thing is the other trophys have thieves ive never seen before with names like: Bandit and Pilferer (Plushie Pilferer) maybe they could be in disguise of other neopets? lol

Here are some suspicions I have. I've got a few, but I can't go sharing all of them now can I?

. . . card players are TWO FACED. Gashrok = two faces. Card Shark = Scarab 21 ^_^

. . . most everything about the mistress of doublecross can already be revealed.

I thought the point was that we all discuss our finds?

You can't keep infomation to yourself then use everyone elses clues aand finds....

that's my opinion anyway.

*points up* What she said.

It's highly unlikely that you have legit 'codes'. Others would have found them, if they do indeed exist.

Neo hasn't done anything to update the plot. Therefore, there's likely to be no clues whatsoever.

If you think you do have a 'huge clue', by all means go ahead and post to prove me wrong :)

Yeah, I don't see how only one person who have found a big clue. I keep seeing things but then realise they are not part of the plot, I have then written down though. I don't think I can even find my chaart it's been so long since the clues :(

Remember to be careful with userlookup clues. Neopets will use old accounts and ive seen a few false 'clue' accounts going around. (sorry if i'm stating the obvious, its midnght and I just watched Saw :( )
