Trying to get account back

I recently tried to log onto Neopets but I had forgotten my password and I have tried to have my password sent to me many times but it's not arriving at any of my email addresses (not even in junk folders etc) and at the moment it is looking like my account has been hacked I think. So basicly my question is: Any ideas on what to do from here to try and get my 36 month old account back?

If you account is not frozen, there are forms that you can fill out if you lost your password that usually get really quick response.

They have a full list all the current policies, including the following...
