If you are going to use the frozen form, which i suggest you should use, it's probably not going to fit. Make it shorter and more succinct. I would cut most of it out and instead place what i did over the past 48 hours.

I agree that it is too long and contains information that does not add to your argument.

Cut it back to half that size.

Just a question, have you ever been frozen? Yes, I respect you greatly, I know who you are, but the frozen form would never work. They never look at it. You need to send direct e-mails. I agree, the "speech" is too long, but shorten it and end it as a direct e-mail to someone. The frozen form is useless.

Hello, Ive been playing Neopets for 19 months, and my main account, Xalaxracer, was frozen on the 11th of October for 'This account was attempting to give away, sell or trade a Neopets account or pet for Neopoints or items.' . I believe that it may h ave been a mistake on your part, because I would never do anything of that sort to put my account in any state of jeopardy, I am writing to ask you to rethink your actions.

It all started on the 11th of October, my account Xalaxracer (Main account), and my side accounts Xalaxgallery, Kreludangallery, Lakeofkikos, and Neopiaspolice, and my sisters two accounts, Xmasworld, and Kreludangallery. I got home from school, as usual, and sat down in front of my trusty computer, brought up the internet, and attempted to log into Neopets, only to find that I was frozen, the night before, however, my account was perfectly intact.

I believe that someone may have accessed my account in someway, and got me frozen, I have no idea how it happened, but I believe that someone delibrety (Spelling) got me frozen when they accesed my account, as I was on a public computer that day, if I believe, so if I didn't log out, someone may have decided to get me frozen permantly, or stolen everything I had -sigh- Im not sure at all. Before I was frozen, everything was fine for me, it was late at night, and I was chatting with my friends as usual, and I had to go to obed, so I quick shut down, and logged off of Neopets. When I got home that day, my account was frozen, I had no idea why. I would never try and sell my pets or my account, as I posted multiple times on my userlookup, and as I know that is illegal to do, I wouldn't even try to do it.

I have been playing Neopets now for 20+ months, and never in my entire Neopian career have I ever cheated, scammed, or hacked anyone, I have always earned my pets, items, and Neopoints, I have never hacked, scammed, or taken advantage of anyone, I earned all my Neopoints by restocking at the bakery daily, and playing games, among my favorites and daily games are Whack-A-Kass, Ultimate Bullseye, and Dubloon Disaster, some of the games I have been playing since the begging of my Neopian career. My account was 19 months old at the time of freezing, I had very few Neopoints, and my only valuable item was a Tyrannian Paint Brush, which I was originally going to paint my Kougra on my other account with, but I decided againist that, and decided to sell it, I still had it in my posesion when I was frozen. I dearly miss playing the game, and I greatly miss my pets, after all the hard work I put into them, the game of Neopets is one of the best on the internet, and I would dearly like to play it again.

I believe that you may have made a mistake with my freezings, and my deapest wishes that you review your actions and consider unfreezing me, and my accounts. It has greatly humbled me since I have been frozen. I don't believe that I did anything that was aganist the rules, but if I may have, I am deaply sorry. Thanks for you time to read my long request.

Incase your wondering, the password to my account was REMOVED, and my pets on my main account were Celdrik, a Ghost Draik, FatChub74, a Usukiboy Usul, FoeMaster, a Blue Labrat Kacheek, and Iaceo, a Tyrannian Krawk

I'm not sure if you'd want to put your password in the letter, as they would already know it anyway, and it isn't needed to prove the account is really yours.
You might also want to start a new sentance here: "...attempted to log into Neopets, only to find that I was frozen. The night before, however, my account was perfectly intact."

Just a few suggestions.

May not help your situation, then they would say your account may have been scammed or hacked into and tell you t'was your fault for not being responsible for the accounts, i've *heard* it happens, and i'm saying this in the nicest way possible

Leave out the stuff about your password cos if someone got into your account there is a good chance they will have changed your password anyway.

If I personally were writing to them I would emphasise how much my pets mean to me and say that I dont care if all my items etc are still there that its the pets I really want.

My pets were basically like my life on Neopets, I can not emphasize how much they mean to me, items, or Neopoints just don't compare, after all, it is called Neopets isn't it? Pets are the main thing I want back, they are truely what I want back.

Alot better!!:D But I still say dont put your old password in there because if someone had gotten into your account and changed your password then it will show up different on their computers....

Yup! I have been frozen before. During the password glitch, i had all my accounts frozen for 'hacking' into other accounts. My main argument was that i was victim of the glitch (someone had accessed my account and taken my weapons) and so the two things didn't make sense. I used the form, got the attention of a staff and basically held 'talks' with the staff for about 2 weeks before all my accounts were unfrozen
