What is it? People said that you can get your pets painted if you get a quest from her or sumthin like that...

It's a fountain in Faerieland that had magical powers to change the colour of your pets, however it does not normally work. In order to activate it, you must receive and complete a quest from the Fountain Faerie. Once the quest is finished, you can stop by the fountain and paint one of your pets any colour available to their species. Keep, in mind that these quests are very rare, and that the fountain will only work once per quest.

Ohhh.... That explains alot.... How rare is the quests?? Because my Faerie-O-Magnet is not working... I haven't had a Faerie Quest in 3 months straight! Aghhhh!

It's just about as rare as finding a p/b. So yeah, you can paint you pets any color you want.

When you say that no one sells it, do you mean in the shops? If so, you might want to try the trading post for the item--that is, if you really want a chance to paint a pet.

I cant remember, but it seems you can paint your pet ANY COLOR exept the lab-only or Magical Chia Pop ones I belive.
Not quite sure though.

A friend of mine had to give up her Battle Duck that she saved up for just to paint an Eyrie Fire.

No, you can paint your pets lab ray only colors there, except for a few instances, such as MSP, and Royal, those are the only holdbacks
