I dunno if anyone else has noticed this, but I think that Adam or whoever designed this game got a few ideas from a certain comedy flash.

http://funnyjunk.com/pages/coconuts.htm

The little quiggle makes several references to this flash.

Like just now, after entering the game, the quiggle said "I've got a Lovely Bunch of Coconuts"
And it just happens that this phrase is par of the ermm, main chorus thingy of the flash.

Just check it out and you'll see what I mean.

Neah. That classic comedy song has been around a lot longer than that (perhaps not what we need linked to from PPT) flash. Just because they both reference the song, doesn't mean the game makers were even aware of the flash.

Similarly, someone singing "Singing in the Rain" will often have the classic Gene Kelly scene from that musical in mind; less often will he/she be referring to the movie version of "A Clockwork Orange."

I won 10k on it my second go, and my last four I won 300 NP straight. I made a 10.2 k profit'ish.

Anyways, I would say to go barely right of the ball and stand. If you go on it dead on, you're gonna miss it. But if you barely right you have a chance.

Don't always think the smallest one will be the easier to fall. It's not. I seem to have had more luck with the tallers one my self. The smallers one are the "it's obvious so it has to be" ones.

Keep the mask thingy. They're "New" ;) lol.

Spells are my thing ;)

This game is dangerously addictive. It's so hard to knock down a coconut. That weird quiggle monster thing really drives me nuts with its laugh. :x

Oh I guess so. I've never heard the song myself (other than on funnyjunk), so my bad

But even so, it might be possible, since from what I've heard, that site is pretty popular.

Oh and no, I have not won a 'New' yet. I miss half the time, even after following all your advice.

Hehe... it's possible... but it's a fairly well known (and quite old) song, I think. You can see the lyrics here: http://www.angelfire.com/film/dannykaye/Coconuts.htm
(off-topic, there's a reference to it in The Lion King too - Zazu sings it to Scar when he's stuck in the cage :))

I won 300np for wobbling a coconut, but haven't knocked one off yet. Lining up the middle of the ball with the middle of the stand seems good.

Also, I don't know if this is obvious or not, but the longer you hold the mouse down for, the further back your arm moves. I'm guessing you need to release the mouse button somewhere in the middle to get the right throwing force :)

The highest I've gotten is the 300np for almost knocking off a coconut so far. This game sure is addicting, though. ;)
