Only this one. Well and also one last semester... It is kinda hard not to do something productive when I'm being taught how to use MS Word and Powerpoint (last semester) and SPSS (Statistical Prgram for the Social Sciences). In both of these classes I have been able to demonstrate a more indepth understanding of computers than my professors (earlier this semester I showed this professor how to do a PntScn!)
Ah, makes sense now, and I totally understand that. I was the same way when I was in college with my WordPerfect class (tells you how long ago it was lol).

This is begging to drive me nuts...six hours of Neopets down? Very very rare of them. Mainly the day after their birthday! I need to play all my games and send the scores in x5! (WOot 120k end of week)

Wanted to go get my pets out of their last free training session leftover from yesterday... How long has it been out? I guess they're having issues going back to normal after yesterday's hooplah.

Uggh. Still down. I can only hope this ends soon, the big neo-glitch of last year was almost unbearable. 4 days of no neo. *shudders*
I remember that big glitch. People would make trades, they'd disappear, but there was a chance they'd recieve someone else's lost trade. People were trading left and right, some people cause they didn't know better, others because they thought it wasn't widespread, and still others who were trying to profit from someone else's loss. It was a huge mess, neo didn't shut down the TP for at least 24 hours, and there were people on the Neoboards bragging about how they had gotten some wonderful item and telling the complainers to shut up. I sincerely hope TNT doesn't allow anything like that to happen this year.
But I'd still rather have neo down for four days than risk losing anything in trades.
Has anyone else noticed that not only does Explore work, but you can also get to the first page of all the worlds? It's actually kind of spooky.

Yeah, I noticed that too! Too bad none of the game pages work. Otherwise I'd play HATIC, just for practice

Yep, I could get to Faerieworld but when I'd click on WOE it would give me the red pteri. I assumed it's cuz my computer had the page cached.

Question: I thought Neo said that the Birthday toolbar would be available on your birthday, and it's not there for me, is it because it's down or because they didn't put this feature into effect yet?

I don't think i can stand it much longer, i keep checking but it's still down. I don't know whats driving me more nuts, the fact that its down or the fact that i feel the need to check every 30 seconds.
Im off work sick and neopets is the only thing that keeps me sane....hmmm.....maybe i could sue them......

My guess is that since all these pages are pretty much static (they don't change that often), they've got them on a different server... I could be wrong.

Johnny, my pets are all stuck at the academy too! I would like to get them out, feed them, etc.
Oh that huge! TP glitch. That was a nightmare. It went on for days (with loads of people sending bug reports) before it was taken down. Only to be brought back with the TP faerie having been kidnapped as the explanation and no reimbursement for anyone. I knew people who lost millions - some actually did quit, they were just so put out by the whole situation and how it was handled.
I hope nothing like that happens this year. There just may be some programming "bugs" or something and it's taking awhile to try to find where they are and get them really fixed. They did add alot of different things yesterday - the 5x game play, the WOE (I tried last night - the wheel wouldn't load, got a blank page, refreshed and got a page saying I'd already spun the wheel), the new plot, etc.
I'd much rather that than the site be up, glitchy as all get out and the poor programmers trying to fix things with millions of people on the site. That's got to make the job harder (I would guess).
Guess I'll go do some much needed gardening work to get my gardens "put to bed" for the winter. It's actually a decent day for a change.

I was happy with the lack of people in the auction house during most of the day. Everybody was playing games. I am surprised that the site is down the day after the b-day party. Maybe they gotta clean up!
