I wrote up a letter voicing my concern over thier freezing policies and dropped it in the post. Maybe it will make a difference.

Since the 2 weeks I've been frozen, I went from 220k and Rainbow petpet paint brush to 750k and Ramtors Spellbook. But now its 140k and Ramtors Spellbook because auction glitch :x

A waste of a day, i made around 525k today, but lost 600k in auction glitch. :|

All i can do is trade, I'm too slow to restock or auction snipe



Next Subject: Is it wise to chat about sending snail mail to their office? Like the way they blocked emailing, they might start tossing out mail that is not bills or directly related to them.

I think that people are MUCH more likely to send e-mail. It's simple, easy, and free. To take the time to write out a letter and mail it is much more intense. Although Neopets does get a volume of letters, I would bet it is nowhere near the volume of e-mail they recieve every day.

My brother got one today. I think it just said that you have to use the forms now. I believe he sent it to the mailto:frozen@neopets.com address. I'm not sure. I'll ask him.

I know how just you feel, I was frozen, lost all my stuff, around 10mil....
I quit beo fir 3months, I just came back, I never got any response to get unfrozen, but I hope you do get unfrozen, because it is unfair!
