I've been seeing that guy in other games too. o.0
He randomly pops up in Whack-A-Staff Member and also in Trouble in the National Neopian.

Its not really much of a "secret"... he isnt hard to find... he's just the "background text" for a level.... i believe that is piratezug, or the guy who was the main programmer of the game.

Piratezug has his own image and I wanna know the name of that programmer. That level was fun though by itself it gives u an auto 1000np

That guy is in tons of games.. Meepit Juice Break, Faerie Bubbles, WASM, and a lot more.. its quite fun to find him XD

He's in Sutek's Tomb too - if you get him to the bottom of a row he clears the whole page.

Click the green meepit's eye - I think.
He's also the secret charecter in Tyrannian Mini Golf

Well in case anybody's wondering, he's on level Muahaha (a secret level for those who haven't gotten that far). He's kind of freaky the first time you notice him
