Congratulations! You have guessed correctly in the Lenny Conundrum game (Round 90). We have given you 113 NP!

Prizes are out, next one should be up tomorrow.

Same here. That was an easy one. Although the prizes are smaller, sometimes it's nice to have an easy one now and then. ;)

"Congratulations! You have guessed correctly in the Lenny Conundrum game (Round 90). We have given you 113 NP!"

Too easy for my taste. I don't mind something in the middle but at least make it so everybody can't solve it.

I want that av! :P

I got it too. I like the harder ones!

Solution for those who didn't get it (commas added for spacing):

x = Rukis (which stand on 4 feet) y = Yurbles (which stand on 2 feet)

x Rukis + y Yurbles = 141 combined

,4x + 2y = 350
-2x - 2y = -282 (multiply x + y = 141 by -2)
,2x ,,,,,,, = 68 (add the two equations)

x = 34 Rukis (divide both sides by 2)
34 + y = 141 (substitute for x into the first equation)
y = 107 Yurbles (subtract 34 from both sides)

That was too easy. The prize is so small

I just wanna gt it quick this time. :/

There was also another way to solve it. I used matrices.

y+r=141
2y+4r=350

translates into

[1 1]^-1[141]
[2 4].....[350]

and when you put that into a graphing calculator you get

[107]
[ 34 ]

The top one being yurbles and the bottom being rukis. 8)

wow those look so complicated. I just did trial and error lol

I got the answer using algebra, yay for my new 113 NPs :P

This week's:

WONEUNDIENOETERAITOEEIIUMECPEIARESOCLDNONSCEMNCNIVFERTCOH

Hmm, I don't know how to give a hint without giving it away. How about this: these letters spell out a question, and the answer to the conundrum is the answer to that question. The first words in the question are "who once."

57 letters -- I don't have a clue about how to approach this one, lol! :o
