Oh stampsyne thats terrible, keep sending them an email every day, they have already said that you can have the account back so make them do it! I have stopped logging onto neo from any computer other than my own one simply because of people getting frozen for having multiple accounts. But I have 2 accounts (one main and one gallery) and my daughter has 2 accounts, Im dreading when my son gets older cos he will probably want an account too.....

:( sorry to hear you are still frozen, and if he mailed you that, keep reminding him, sometimes they say they will, but then they forget.. i had the same problem with my gruslen avv where they said they had fixed it, but never got round to it, i just hope you have more patience than i do, i gave up :P but still, thats an excellent response as a starter :) and pretty quick too :)

sorry you had to miss halloween, and fingers crossed that this all gets sorted out :)

and i'll vote in your poll as well ;)

If you see my sanity, get it to give me a call.

Well, I think you are VERY helpful and VERY nice. You gave me things as a newbie when you didn't even know me. You also told me about PPT, and I actually signed up to post just recently. I've been reading for... well, since they changed over! I'm not much for posting *shy*

Q: What exactly did the neostaff member's e-mail say?

Good luck. I'm just beginning again what seems to be a 6-month wait plus an additional five months of negotiations.

No, I've found that the staff will actually NOT respond to you if you send multiple messages before they respond to you.

It might seem like you are bugging them. I know it is hard, but I say ... wait a week. He did say that he believed you and your story. He did say that you should be unfrozen. Stay optimistic!

OH my! I got the original e-mail (posted above) on a Friday. I e-mailed Monday, but noticed on Tuesday that I did not have my username posted clearly at the top. I sent a reply that Tuesday WITH my username at the top. Hope I didn't messit up by sending a second e-mail!

Stampsyne, it sounds to me like a break down in the chain of command somewhere inside the TNT staff.

Picture this scenario: William decided to unfreeze you, then told a subordinate to do the manual labor that actually unfreezes the account. Say that he has to push both the green button and the red button to unfreeze the account and he only pushed the green button--and forgot to push the red button. So the system that the green button controls let you have access to your account for a few seconds. Then the system that the red button controls kicked in and refroze your account.

Or something to that effect. I think that they want to unfreeze you, but somehow forgot to turn off everything connected with the freezing.

So, if I were you, I would write and write and write until I got an answer.

Now I am REALLY confused!

I really trust your advice, Morningstar. Your direction in how to write to the neopets staff is what got me the above mentioned response to start with. I just wonder how OFTEN I should write.

I have heard nothing from anybody saying they have gotten a reply. I know one person who sent a letter off.

OFF TOPIC: I see that the subject of being frozen is a BIG topic here. My apologies to those who don't want to hear about it. I do hope that my issue is important to you as well .... but just in case. I guess that since PPT seems to have brought freezing issues to 'eyes who can do something about it' everybody wants to get thier two cents in!
