The mark that was on her arm, it's called "The Mark of Ta-Kutep". I saw it when I was looking through the rare item list on neoitems.net. It was called Mark of Ta-Kutep Bat and Ball Game and it had the very same mark on it

That's because it's the Mark of Ta-Kutep Bat and Ball Game. There are items on Neopets that are themed from the Mark of Ta-Kutep. So it's supposed to be there. Or do you know this and I'm reading your post wrong?
