I've been playing for 4 years and have never discovered what they are used for. Are they petpets or just useless items?

There exsistance is justifyed by the fact that actually, in real life, what purpose do fish serve?

Probably something complex to do with the ecosystem no doubt, and without them...blah blah...delicate balances blah blah...circle of life blah blah

Anyway, personally, I think without utilityfish, someone would be out of a job or something...

Utility Fish used to be sold in the old Handy-Koi's Utility Fish Shop that used to be on Maraqua. They never served any purpose and just became retired items when that shop was closed down.

Wish you could put them in my neohome. Then they would be worthwhile. Like sand sculptures!

sand sculputures are awesome -- i used them to design one of my seasonal entryways -- you can buy like 50 and use them to make patterns -- so awesome

Maybe it was a skeith or jetsam?

I think any pet should be able to eat anything. That would be cool. Then again, I'm crazy.

found out jetsams don't seem to function that way, although they can eat any aquatic petpet.

the species which do eat everything are grarrls and skeiths :)

If you see my sanity, get it to give me a call.
