For those topics one could describe as the forum equivalent of a twinkie. Word games, forum contests and giveaways are all the rage here.

It also could be attributed to the fact that most of the active players were killed off because they were suspicious.

Dead men tell no tales, and yet the dead are more active than the living!
We're actually speculating more than they are... I wonder if they'll choose to have executions daily? I hope so, it will hopefully get them more active.

Well, if they don't get a wolf tonight it's over automatically anyway as stated in the winning scenarios
# of wolves = # of others
So there would be 2 wolves and 2 innocents after tonight if they didn't get a wolf, and then they would have to get the other wolf the next night or it would end with 1 and 1. The odds are, indeed, against the innocents now. t really was a good plan to reveal myself, and intelligent people wouldn't have killed me >.< but anyway, the way it should've gone was they definitely wouldn't execute me which would leave 7 people to choose from, the odds were so good that a wolf would be taken out that it was beneficial to tell them my plan. I was going to confess before when the Shaman was still alive so Kugetsu could protect me as I shot, but then we executed him, so I had to give up on that idea, and turns out I would've been screwed even if I had done it.
And still, I will be Removed off the wolves are people who only posted to vote since Scott said he would deal with people who weren't very active *glares*

WW3 rules, roles, secret powers are currently being typed up.
Next round will have executions every day.
There won't be 2 games running simultaneously, its quite complicated if you want to do that, but you can easily go to IDB and participate there as well if you wish (Warning, it is MUCH more complicated... we'll get there... soon...)
So there would be 2 wolves and 2 innocents after tonight if they didn't get a wolf
The instant 2 = 2, the game is over, werewolves win... since there's nothing to stop it.
Next round... that might not be true
*whistles* nearing the ends of games it gets quite quiet... *shrug* We'll see.

It isn't that I particularly want two games. I just figured the games can't get much bigger than this. I mean if 40 people want to sign up for the next game, wouldn't it be easier to break it into 2 games?

Oh oh. Right. Yes, there's no way this number is going to get bigger than 30 perhaps. If so, I will split it up. *nods*
*wonders if demand will be that high...*

Lass is probably a wolf, she just said, "You don't want to be down 2 innocents" or something like that. If you were really innocent you should've said that you don't want to lose, but you didn't even mention that XD

However, Dracolord II sounds even more like a wolf than she does.

Yeah, Dracolord's last post has knocked him up higher on my list than Lass. He gave really bad excuses as to being less active. Still, it sucks that all the talking people are in here now.

Actually on the games I run over on IDB, I like to have 30 to 35 players!
And, Scott is right, feel free to come on over and play! We are soon going to be ending our current game there (I'm the MC there). Kind of interesting. Started with 32 players and 4 teams: Innocents and then 3 baddie teams. We now have 1 player alive on each team...
Anyway, it is complex to run a game with more than 25 players but it can be done.
Thu Oct 28, 2004 4:37 am
Lol NPM....interesting. I might go to IDB to see....anyways, I wonder how complicated can a game like THIS be. Well...then again. There ARE a lot of varieties. The one I play at school is that there's the two mafias and there's the detective that picks 3 people to kill...or something like that. I dunno. We didn't *finish* the game. The versions I play is mafia and detective. That's pretty much the plainest one....but I'd rater add a doctor...blah.

Aaaanyway. If you guys want to dabble in a very advanced version, signups are now open for WW18 (thats right... 18 )
here.
But it should be only a matter days until PPT WW3 starts soon
Thu Oct 28, 2004 5:38 am
Well, let's play two! That is, play on IDB and here. Best of both worlds!
YesItIsh -- my WW 17 game ended on IDB tonight. Really interesting in that it is the first time that I ended up two teams tying. The game had innocents, WW Team 1, WW Team 2, and a Lunatic Cult. The Cult was headed by our own illustrious ScottNak. The game ended in tie between the Cult and the Innocent. Scott was the last cult member left, but the remaining innocent had the power to each day stop Scott from using his powers so neither could kill the other. Really interesting game since the last 4 players were 1 member of each of the 4 teams.
So, yeah, they can be really complex. But each type of game has its advantages and disadvantages. And, I'm just glad to get to come here and play since I don't get to play very often otherwise.

White_Wolf wrote:I sent a PM, but I'm still not sure of my vote... if Warxelo was a werewolf and Lass wasn't then it'd be so easy to set her up like this. I'm going to need a bit more time to think.
"I'm going to need a bit more time to think." IMO, that sounds like "I need to confer with my werewolf teammate Lass to see if there's a way we can prevent her execution."
White_wolf is now second on my suspect list now, and the fact that her name has the word "wolf" doesn't help matters either.

I have to disagree, Qanda. In the first round she voted Articfox, and Articfox was killed. I think the wolves did it to make her looking suspicious.
I thought she colud be a mafia, but since they're all dead she's innocent IMO.
About Dracolord... hum... I'm not sure.
P/S Scott I signed up for WW18 (crazyness

)
