I am making this poll for one month, so I can write and Essay on it.

I don't have a problem with it. I'd probably say I'm pretty much indifferent as to my preference on owning a purple pet that had orange spots. I can however see why people are sometimes upset about it afterall, why are the spots even there? Its a real mystery, really, it is!

I don't LOVE them but I don't see what all the fuss is about. I DO enjoy a good joke about it, though.

well the way I see it is that the color brushes (red, blue, etc) are solid colors and you already have a spotted brush so why on earth does the purple brush give your pet orange spots?

....so no I don't like the orange spots....

No, I don't like them. There's a few pets that I can't think of at the moment that they look good on, but for the majority I don't think so. You should add a "They're ok." option too, though, that'd help a bit...

Although it's been suggested it was an homage to Thyassa, I really don't like their choice in making it that way. To argue the point that without the orange it would plain, several otrher solid colors such as Pink and Orange are rather nice in different shading versus just being a boring colorfill.

In particular, the time they revamped the Purple Koi without any trace of orange (which was quite beautiful) only to add it in shortly after (which ended up being tacky) only empathises that it doesn't look good.

I do like purple and orange together, actually. I still have a bookcase that was painted that way back when I was in high school.

But no, I do not like the freckles/blotches/herpes sores that have infected the purple pets and petpets of Neopia.

actually the more i look at it, the more i do like it on certain pets, its a nice contrast even if its a bit strong

i like it on some, not all. on the pets where the orange is in small amounts and as a little decoration, i quite like it, it makes it to me anyway, more interesting rather than a solid color, because its quite a dark color, helps to lighten it.

but i do not like the ones where the orange overwhelms the purple. its a purple pb and should remain predominantly purple.

No. Because they're supposed to be purple pets.

Not purple pets with little orange spots o' fungus growing on them. And yes, that was sorta gross... XD

It might be cool if they made a separate paintbrush for purple pets w/ and w/o spots though.

It looks like a horrible allergic reaction- the pets just look so pained! How can TNT make them suffer so!? Without calamine lotion, at that!
