Go to the lookup of kastraliss and refresh.

actually, all I had to do was type "kastraliss" in the search bar, click go, and there was the challenge.

It's true... TNT came up with a creative way to get this challenger. You have to refresh at a user's lookup (namely Kastraliss) to get him.
