That's a dangerous idea, you know?

Why?

Well, we could kill yet another villager... and a zombie killing is freaky!

Cool idea, maybe there could be a secret power for the innocents created which activates upon death, where the dead innocent can rally the other dead innocents to vote a living person off, making it two executions for that day.

Anyway, time to watch the evil wolves die

*shudder* Resurrection. We'll save that for later. Its much to crazy with that aspect thrown into the game.
<hr>
We're actually progressing thru this game pretty quickly... It was a while before I experienced a game with two sets of baddies... and you guys are at it on version 2... :D

Secret powers are coming next... :)

I just thought it was not available to those still in the game

*shrugs*

Well, I need to do this for the safety of the wolves.
If more people know, the chance of a slip up increases.
And a slip up will be very hurtful to the wolves.

So... that's why :/

Wow. All 4 spirits gone. Oh well, if they kill 3 villagers next time I'll be freaked out!

No wait, Matt might have something there. Maybe one person at the start of the game can be blessed or gifted with the power to 'Take Revenge on the Living'. But if it's used after the person dies it will be easy to find out who did it. Maybe during the person's life they can do it. Simply cancel out one Mafia member and add that in.

Whadya think Scott?

Ah. That sounds like an idea. I'll just refine it a bit...
Yes... :)

That would be an interesting idea to revenge against the living. Than again, it might just be used for "so-and-so voted to execute me first and, even though they're just and Innocent, I'm going to avenge myself" or something, if that makes sense.

Well, Matt told me about a person he cleared, but I'll be dead silent (got the joke? nevermind...)
Anyway it was one of the people I already thought were innocent.
About the new power idea: good! I love all the different characters, it makes the game a lot funnier.
A tip for the alive villagers: get a move, people! Don't make the wolves scare you!

I think it'd be cool if once someone dies, you don't know what they were, and you can bring one person back every execution night.

Sun Oct 24, 2004 3:21 pm

Or even this. The villagers could choose to bring one member back at one point but they would forfeit that nights chance of execution and the Shaman and people like that would forfeit their chance to dream and protect people. The Wolves and Mafia would be able to kill but not the villagers. And they could only bring one person back during the whole game.

That way they would be giving up a lot and they would have to not take the ressurection lightly.

Ha, ha  loved the death scene, Scott. And, thankfully, my faithful Koshka got my body so I'll be able to come back and still run my IDB games.

I had such fun being evil...first time I've gotten to be bad.

On resurrection...it is an interesting idea and I've played with it in my last two games on IDB. In both cases, I gave the power of resurrection to one of the innocent players. In the first game I used it, there was a player who was a role stealer on a team by himself. He stole the role of the innocent who had the resurrection power. And, just to cause problems for the innocents, he used the power to resurrect a dead werewolf. Well, actually he resurrected Scott. By a complex process, Scott ended up converted the role stealer to his werewolf team so it was all deliciously complex. Took the innocents three days to kill off Scott, an admitted werewolf, for the second time.

In my current game, an innocent also had the role of a reviver and could resurrect twice during the game. However, she was recruited into a lunatic cult so she lost that ability.

The net result is that so far the power has not been used to resurrect an innocent.

Thanks ;) Had to have Koshka make a cameo for ya. ;)
Although if you had to be executed... imagine the awkwardness (haha)
Glad you finally had a chance to act on your bad side >=D
