Neocolors updates the front pages.
If my reading of their site is correct, the person who runs it (Sam) has been away, and is currently hireing some staff to help update some things on the main page.

Strange I still see the 3 Bori colors and cloud yurble. o_O I even restarted my computer and I still see no new colors. I noticed the news on colors hasn't updated, but the unreleased colors still showed up just fine....till last week.

...or I just misread.

I think that site is run on a program that finds new colors as soon as they are added to the site. So that is why unreleased colors stay recent. The news however is written by someone so that is why it hasn't been updated.

Neocolours is just... messed up at the moment. It isn't automatically updating itself (the finding of new colours that is), and has seemed to stopped at Sep 7th... (Look at all those unreleased colours! They are mostly all in the rainbow pool...)

Hello. I hate to sound kinda snobby, but I am from neocolours, and our admin, who is also the news writer had been on hiatus for quite some time. He came back on sunday however, and is fixing the errors in the program that picks up new and revamped colours. He is also working on getting a new person (or perhaps a compilation of peop0les opinions from the forum) to post regularly on the news page. Another person may be taking over the lab ray posts and some other parts of the website will be getting matienance. So please bear with us as we sort through our issues. Thanks for your time and I now return you to your regularly scheduled chat abotu how completely and totally wonderful the baby ruki is 11/10

i really like this pose, and the way its been drawn, its been well done. i might have hoped for a little better coloring, *green is not my favorite color for a couple of reasons, i blame my parents, long story* but the more i look at it, it does grow on me :P
