I absolutely LOVED that movie. I'm not even entirely sure why I like it so much, but it's one of my favorites.

I enjoyed it, nothing more nothing less. I spent much of the movie wondering why the son was so dense, and hard on his father. I really enjoyed the stories he told, and I wish I knew someone with that kind of gift of imagination and storytelling.

See, I have that exact same feeling. I thought it was dull, but whenever someone says "hey wanna watch Big Fish" Im always the first on the couch in my pJs and big pink fluffy slippers!

..too much info, I know.

seriously though, a story about telling stories? Brilliant. And some of those quotes. 8)

I loved it, really. The story, the visual part...
I kinda cried in the end, and the Pearl Jam song definitely helped. I think they put it there on purpose...

I watched it last year and the end brought tears to my eyes (gah, I'm overly emotional ya see ^^). I thought it was a pretty cool movie of how it told the story of a man; very very interesting way of telling a long story. I was confused at first, then everything just clicks and goes later on for me.
