As I posted in a new topic (by mistake... I'm not used to these hitech forums yet!), I belive that their going under major re-organisation, either due to upcoming competition or due to their "immersive advertising" whis is probably less legal than what it should.

On my 28 months of Neo, I have never been frozen OR gotten a warning. I also post on the neoboards regularly.

I refuse to post on the neoboards (sorry, alombar, but I think it's kind of dumb). I don't like letting people know who I am, at least not there. It only takes one Jealous Joseph to really do you in.

I don't trust the boards so i rarely post and i've never gotten a warning or anything. And it is totally unfair for getting frozen for posting on a frozen board or something. That sucks

I couldnt agree with you more! I go on the neoboards if i need help with a faerie quest or something and thats it. I mean i get begging/threatening letters just cos i have like 4 paintbrushes in my shop, so i can imagine how it gets if you are famous and have every paintbrush ever released!!

Neoboards are the chatrooms, right?
Why sorry then? I've only been there once, and that was just to tell a friend that "you know, I can wirte here too" :)
The Guild is another thing though - mine is (was?) private too.

Funny, because I know Kobra.

If you're wondering, it was because of the Kotoko-Kobra-his friends-her friends-fight.

My main, super-account hasn't ever been warned in the 51 months it's been around, but two side accounts have been frozen without me doing anything wrong. I'm just mad that my accounts were able to get frozen from someone else joining my guilds to post really bad stuff and then report my guild. I would've accepted the freezing if I had used them to gain NP, but it was pretty much only for the guilds, and I adopted pretty pets, but those aren't against rules.
They aren't catching rule-breakers by making the rules tougher, they're just making it easier for innocent people to get frozen.

I mostly agree with your last statement. They are catching rule-breakers, scammers and the like, but there seem to be way too many unfair freezings - every time a rule changes (written or unwritten) or there's a glitch, there's a rash of freezings. And many of the people frozen have no idea why/have not done what they've been frozen for.

Oh, pardon me, I meant that they aren't stopping rule-breakers since they usually just create new accounts. They really don't care what happens to those account because they likely have a main account where they keep what they scam off of people. Normal people actually care about their accounts, and don't want it to be more like they wasted months of their lives on Neopets.

Why were they frozen? I have seen some wonderful threads by kiki, and I was a friend of kobras. I guess some of his boards got kinda racy, but he never was. The OTHER posters were.

I'll tell you. Kobra is and has been a menace to the neo staff for long. He constantly talks of an adult nature using creative spellings and language.

I don't know who kiki is at all. But this kobra fellow and many others like him post offensive and sexual material on EMS constantly. So in short he deserves it.

I don't know where you've been with "He never was" because he was and has been for a couple of years now. He needs to go outside sometime.
