Or Be dead or frozen

For new players Hypno Helmet is nowadays a H4000 Helmet

I don't say it's useless, but not that much. 2 weeks ago I traded my helmet for a bow of Destiny. My weapons were at that time a Dark Battle Duck and a Portable Kiln and the usual Honey Potion.

In 2 player fights what happend usually, both players try to freeze the other. Useless. The best is to hit strong with a good mix of icons to pass trough sink or burrow.

In 1 player (just did 200,000 points since yesterday) with opponents who freeze and heal constantly it's even better. On the first turn you're frozen. But they are dead

If you're very rich it's good to have both. If not I would go for a good weapon instead of a H4000 Helmet.

Yup. For 2 player, it's a must. For one player, it's helpful, but you might spend the money more efficiently by training instead. Or going for a multi-use freezer if your stats are fairly high. Slumberberry potion is a great weapon IMO. And for higher up 1 player challengers, you could use it instead of an HH to more easily defeat high HP opponents.

Well, in 2 player if you both get frozen there really is no loss. However, if you don't have a hypno helmet, and you get frozen by the other player, that could lose you a battle.

A constant freeze weapon should be on everyone's priority list of weapons to own.

well, the cheapest way to freeze is by giving your pet: 'fiery gaze' (ability), it has a random chance of freezing...

For some opponents, like the Henchmen, 100% freezing is almost necessary, I find. I know it helped me immensly during the war, so if I had one right now I'd keep it...

I know that I would be knocked around easily without my Hypno Helmet. I bought it back when I thought 200k was a huge sum to pay. I'm very much glad I got it then and not now!

But still, I'd rather have that than a Portable Kiln (Which is all I could probably buy at the current selling price). If I could trade it for an SoS, then I'm all for it!

Accomplishments: Banana Jelly Flotsam, Yellow Koi Morphing Potion, White Flotsam Morphing Potion, Plushie Flotsam Morphing Potion, Desert Blumaroo Morphing Potion, etc.

You can throw a neomail my way at my account, arcticshadow!
