I decided to restart. But first I got the weakling avatar. I didn't know that I couldn't get the av on insane mode. Anyway, it didn't take long. At least playing insane will give me something to do during my computer class. ;)

Edit: I'm considering making a walkthrough of the game. It will take me forever to complete it anyway, why not document the journey for others? I know IDNQ is down, but last I checked they didn't have an all out full walkthrough of the game. Does anyone know what the requirements are for a full walkthrough to be accepted? Should I have it pre-approved? Is this something I really can't even do because they will only accept submissions from IDNQ staff? Any information will be benificial.

Joy... I can tell this is going to be harder than I thought. I have already died. Had to restart. Oh well not like I was at Terask...

hyperbutterfly - I'm not sure on the requirements, you'd have to ask Hunter.

However, I'm more than willing to help you with your walkthrough idea if you needed any help :)

just out of curiosity, buying new wands for mipsy isnt needed right? if your only using her group damage, haste, etc. i only use her physical attack on accidents, and upgrading her weapons isnt needed right?

i just use mipsys wands to give her extra skill points, otherwise its useless to me

Gah, Hubrid Nox is so annoying, he keeps healing and slowing every single member of my party! It's not that he does too much damage, I always manage to flee at nearly full life, but it's just so time-consuming. Also, I've run out of slowing and damage potions, but I dread the thought of going back all the way to Augur Faunt to replenish. Any tips?

I skipped him. He help healing 150....that was a waste of potions and 18 levels.

Got my second weapon from a normal NQII monster!

flimsy wand
- Group Direct Damage: +2

I'll stick with my scratched wand, as it has +1 Direct Damage, which I acually use.

Remember folks, remember to check out Hazard_Hero's petpage for NQII screenshots! ;)

finally i defeated the cursed faeries... somehow none of my guys fainted just because i leveled them all by 1 more. either that or i was just lucky, since their attacks kept missing and failing (cough mesmerization)

gonna skip nox, onto esophagor. time to level up 4 times though...

How much are the prizes worth for beating normal.

I'm in happy vally(but I dont have any money :( ).

Sat Sep 18, 2004 8:36 pm

Not very much, I'm afraid. Normal is significantly more popular than Evil, which in turn is significantly more popular than Insane.

However, if you complete Evil, the prizes are worth around about 850k (just an estimate).

*Jaw drops* 850K!!!

I expected 200.

yea, and you usually get tons of random events, while playing, so its an all in all win. if your a fan of rpg's, you'll definently be addicted.

after beating Zombon on evil, its not as hard as it seems.

Yes, once you get Mipsy on ANY DIFFICULTY, you feel powered by her spells. Once you get her, life is easy.

Normal Prizes are worth Under 15k for all of them :( My polish I got was worth 7k.

Evil prizes are worth about 1 million, 400k and 70k.
