How do I enable everything?

That can't be good if everything's off...I think if you click 'disabled' it should work...might not. I just realized that's Norton 2004 and I only know how to run 2003 and 2002. Oh...might be careful on neopets now. Might give you that thing I used to get. Darn you, Norton.

Help! The progress bar has disappeared from my Internet Explorer (version 6.02)!

I'm referring to the bar right above the Taskbar (at the bottom of the screen) which shows the loading progress of a webpage. It also displays where a particular link leads to when you mouse over the link. How can you get it back? Mine has disappeared suddenly through no apparent reason when I was surfing the net.

Go to "View" then click "Status Bar" so that a tick appears next to it :D

Lavasoft Ad Aware?

I also recomend Spyware Blaster, it prevents spyware installing in the first place. :D

edit: added links to the programs :)

Using Ad-aware, Spybot, and HijackThis together will effectively get rid of spyware.

Whenever I log on to my username, I get these messages:

"RUNDLL

Error loading C:\WINNT\Downloaded Program Files\bridge.dll

The specified module could not be found."

and

"RUNDLL

Error loading C:\Program files\WildTangent\Apps\CDA\CdaEngine0400.dll

The specified module could not be found."

Anyone out there know of anything I can do to get rid of these?

WildTangent is bundled with other software, and is considered privacy-invading. It is possible that something deleted one of it's modules, and now it's unable to start up.

Try http://www.kephyr.com/spywarescanner/li ... ndex.phtml (it looks like you need to remove an application from registry start-up)

This pops up every now and then and I was wondering if it's telling me that someone tried to access my computer and they stopped it or if someone just did and they detected it.
I know that I have a Trojan Horse on my computer but when I run a virus scan, it doesn't show up! (when I had kaspersky, it showed up but it wouldn't delete it!) So, is there any other way I can find it without spending a lot on another virus scanner? Any help would be appreciated, thanks!

This may not belong in this thread, but... meh.

I have an urgent need to access Microsoft Word, but something is wrong with it on my computer. Whenever I attempt to paste an image into it, the image pastes, but you can only see the very bottom of it. And also when I try to paste an image, for some reason an internet browser comes up. I've tried rebooting, I've tried making new documents, but it just doesn't work. And yes, Microsoft Word is the only program I can use for this. Help... please?

Other than re-installing Word, I can't think of anything. Use a computer at your school or local library if you don't get it fixed soon.
