There arent any Walmarts where I live 
And they dont stock neopets stuff at my local target, but thats okay, because I dont want to spend my real money on neopets merchandise anyhow.

One of my friends got caught shoplifting in asda, which was HIGH-LARIOUS and he's been officially banned from all wall-mart stores in the world, and if he's caught stealing again, its not shoplifting, its burglarly, and if he even goes on their property, he's tresspassing.

lol i dont' like walmart its always packed and noisy and everythings on the ground.. now target on the other hand might have a bit higher prices but you don't have to spend 30 mins in line and 2 hours finding what u need.. but yea both placces sell neopet toys i think

I've never had any luck finding much of the Neopets merchandise you mentioned at my local Walmart (they didn't even have the action figures out when they were announced to be released)
If they do show, perhaps I'll get soem at that price.

Most of the neopets stuff is really overpriced and i'd buy them just to get the av and the challenger from the code
