neo down?

How annoying is this getting? Every day it goes down. Sometimes not completely, just enough to make people go offline. Every other click I either get "Page cannot be displayed" or "Down for maintenance" or, even stranger, "Syntax error".
Will it ever get fixed? I still hope, but my hope dwindles with each passing day.

And now, for my 75th post, I will explain my theory as to why Neopets is down. It has to do with pageviews. They wanted as many as possible. You know, make money and all. And it crashes the system. How do they get so many pageviews? Now bear with me, I'm gonna get all biological and scientific.

See, there was this experiment. With three rats. They push a lever to get food. The first gets a pellet every time he pushes the lever. The second gets a pellet every other time. The third gets a pellet completely randomly as long as he pushes the lever. *Most of the time, no pellet when he pushes but on rare occasions he gets a pellet

How do they behave? The first rat pushes the lever until he gets his fill to eat. The second pushes a bit more and has a small store of food.

The third? Will push the lever until he dies.

That is why everything on Neopets is random.
