Well, even though people say that sending an email to the support staff never works. Let me just say these two words. They do.

Tell them everything that happened, tell them your full thoughts. There are people reading the emails, and although it may take long, you may get your account back.

Just make sure to give them enough information about the account that they can tell that it's your account also and tell them everything that happened, don't lie because if they catch you lying I don't think they would be so willing to help you out.

Good luck :)

I'm sorry, hope you can get your account back.

You can always try snail mail, it works most of the time, or at least thats what I heard.

whats snail mail? I read the article too. I lost a pet with 300 hp and 200 strength and 125 defence. also million of np of stuff. and all I did was make 10 trades saying that I didnt know what my unbuyables were worth. its just rediculous. scammers dont sometimes get frozen while the honest do!

It soo ridiculous losing 6 months work and over 20 million np. I mean they should use their time to freeze the menaces. I for one have never scammed and I dont break rules.

You can mail them from Australia. You can mail to any country from Australia. Its just a matter of buying a more expensive stamp to pay for the additional postage costs.

Why don't you use the email support? You don't have to pay any postage for that, and it works just as well.

The form is here: http://www.neopets.com/autoform_other.p ... her=frozen

By the way, you should also try reading the Pink Poogle Toy article on getting your account unfrozen: http://www.pinkpt.com/index.php?page=yukiosart_frozen

Just email support and keep at it. That's the best chance you have of getting your account back, on the proviso that you are indeed innocent.

That written article is brilliant. I wonder who wrote it *whistles*

Hold onto your seats people... the SL is back.
