I'd take out the MIDI, but I've yet to find a Rohan MP3...

Thoise screwed up ones with pics to the side, etc are justc ause they messed up on some HTML. Just ask them to hold it in trades for you...you might even get it at the same price (usually cheap cause no one can buy it )

I know people complain about the midis. But to be honest you'd have to be crazy not to buy out of some shops with midis. Someone told me they wouldn't buy from mine because of the midi. But as if I'd be that botherd. Theres a million people who know a bargain when they see it. It's not like you have to be there all day listening to it...

I'd buy out of a shop with a midi/slow loading time if their price was really good, but usually, the next-highest price is maybe 100NP more. I'd rather go to an easier-to-use and less annoying shop.

I see a lot of shops with crappy midis. That's a turn off but if I find a shop that has the lost woods playing I'll sit there for a few minutes =P

Ooooh, boohoo, it's a Midi... Come on, if you've ever played a NES game, you should be able to stand Midis like a real man/woman! Although, when I had music on D's and Eifro's pet lookups, I just went for MP3s. :3

P.S. I like my background and blog. I'd look at them now but I'd lose that stupid goth av.

Haha, at least when you're playing NES you expect to hear the midis. I hate being surprised when I forget I have my speakers on, go into a shop and am suddenly blasted by a tinny version of a Justin Timberlake song. Hee. It's even worse when I have some good music on winamp and the midi mixes with and overpowers it. My instinct is to hit "back" and stop the assault on my eardrums!

I'm torn on this one. We should be able to decorate our shops, it's fun! But there's going too far or just not knowing what you're doing.

As far as totally messed up html so you can't even buy something? If I could I'd neomail the person and tell them that people can't buy from their shop. Maybe they set the table up really screwy -- I've seen that alot. That and people not copying the entire shop blog code -- all their stuff ends up in the blog!

Music, animated backgrounds, too many gifs, etc. There are atually alot of us on dial up. I'm sorry, I'm not going to sit and wait 5 minutes for a shop to load, plus if people have too much stuff in their shop it can lock my browser up and I have to reboot. Like you go to a shop and the person's got what looks like every doll ever made, all the neopets animated images, music, an animated background, a blog, that rose, and then some adoptables. And they have 1 thing for sale in their shop

Yes, I have a background, 2 dividerbars, 3 small gifs (in separate places) and a marquee. On dial up it takes well less than a minute to load - I've tested it, just to be sure I'm not going to turn anyone away from my shop.

I had a short wav in my gallery, but with having some images and over 300 (boy am I broke) items in it, it was just one more thing to load, so I took it out.

The only thing I have in my shop is the shopkeeper. Not even a description or anything.

I love love music in shops, except if it interferes with my Jpop, I close the window.... -_-.....
Once I messed up a HTML code..... it messed up my items, they went to the side and you had to scrol over to see them O_O

Its called the 99 cent store because I usually price everything cheaper by a few thousand. If something on the shop wiz is 7999, I usually price it as 6250 or something.
