He is released now. I just got him. You get him by refreshing the page before you zap your pet. (The page where you choose which pet to zap.) :)

doh! HE is SOOOOOOOO STRONG! I WAS HOPING THAT I COULD WHIP HIM A FEW TIMES BUT HE IS IMPOSSIBLE! AGHHHHHHHH!

HOLY CRAP HE IS PRETTY DAMN STRONG!

Whoah, I'm not fighting him yet with his strange potion. *cowers*

You get him at http://www.neopets.com/lab2.phtml but you have to have all the lab pieces.

NOTE: I don't have him yet, but I've seen his weaps and stats.

man, at one point I had 4 windows going at once. I just kept changing pages and refreshing. Still nothing. I WANT TO GET HIM EVEN IF I CAN"T GET HIM!

It varies how much you have to refresh to get him. I refreshed maybe 30 times or os before I got him.

He is tough. I've beat him 34 times and I am really at risk every time I battle him. I sink on the first round and burrow on the second. If I get him frozen, in those two rounds I'm OK. The third round I use downsize and defend and I get through it unless he uses his SOS and FSS and gets a strong hit on the FSS. In that case, he kills me. If I beat him or freeze him on the third round I am fine. If I don't then I go ahead and withdraw.
