EDIT: If you are trying to find deserving people, don't go on av/sig boards...they are greedy, same with newbies. I would try neopian writers or role playing

-.- Not everyone is like that there.

Well, I'm sorry you're quitting, but it's good that you're not donating to the money tree. People do just steal from there.

I know, but on average, they are a greedy bunch

I ono... the only way you'll be able to know the people you give your stuff to are good people is to have them be actual people you know

It's not strange and morbid ^_^

In fact, I'm glad you do. There are some people out there who totally neglect their neopets and have them dying :x

...wow. Maybe I'm due for a break too. o_O

Well when you think about it, you spend so much time with them, it is bound to happen. I have been on for 44 months and had my Kiko since the beggining. When I used to lab him, I would buy a morphing potion whenever he would change species becuase I liked my Kiko so much

Neopets is pretty addictive.. I was once VERY addicted to it, and I just took a break from it, something like 5 months, and came back. It was a nice break, less time on the computer.. You can take a break, sell everything, and comeback after a couple of minths and start over, and try to be less addicted.
I thinks it's wonderful that you are giving things away, there arn't many people like you, others would just abandon the account, or self freeze with everything in it... :D

Maybe i'll have a give away of the main account items later, but it's mainly not really worth much, just advent calender stuff and school stuff. I think my neohome stuff will stay in my neohome.

Congrats on quitting. Or thinking about quitting, or just...taking a break or whatever. I have tried to quit many times, but after about two months I always come back. I have, however, made neopets down on the bottom of my priority list.

No offense by any of this but, there only pixels... You know like 3000 escaped pixels joined together. @_@ If your thinking of taking a break to have free, do NOT keep thinking; Oh I Miss my pets why did I have to quit. Or it'll be way worse. >_<

Heh, good luck. It's hard to tell who really needs it, and who's being greedy. Not that anyone "needs" Neopoints, but you know what I mean..

I understand where you're coming from here. I've had to lay off Neopets recently. I'd stay up til 2am to hit all my dailies, and hit Von Roo. The minute the baby went to bed, I'd jump online to find out what was happening in the News, to find out which av I need to get next.. til it drained my NP dry. I was trying to save up for a Darign PB, but I culdn't stop trying to RS, and lost all my NP.. I got waaay too upset then I should over a game, so I have backed off for a while. I get on every now and again, check up on the news, and say hi to my guild. I still play, but I stick to the games, and only play those about once a week. It's amazing the time you have to do other stuff when you're not plastered to your computer screen! Good luck, Azzie!
