Elily turned, startled, noticing the teacher for the first time. The teacher's warm welcome made her feel less unwanted. Elily nodded and took a seat in front, before switching the CD player to a ballad she loved. The ballad featured a combination of violins and a piano. As the music started, Elily closed her eyes, and focused.

She raised her right hand up, her eyes calmly following. Her left leg shifted, and moved behind her right leg. A little twirl followed, and she broke into a moderately-fast dance.

"Good now that everyone is here I will start todays lesson" Professor Sage says seeing the final student enter. Prof. Sage goes to the back of the room and sits down at the piano. "All right everyone stand up for warm ups" Prof. Sage says with a smile.

Turie looked around at everyone else, then set her things on her desk and stood up. She stood up and prepared for the vocal warmups, smiling because she had already warmed up after she woke up. She was excited for her first class to begin.

"Good," Prof. Sage says standing up "Now before I hand out the music I would like to get to know you all better so we are going to go around the room and when it's your turn just say your name and something about yourself. Alright well lets start with me my name is Genis Sage and I am 21 years old. This is my first year teaching at this school. I used to be a wandering musician. At first I just played in the streets and toutered people but then I got well known and I started playing concserts. Now who ever wants to go next may."

Aquila stood up and smiled, "My name is Aquila, I'm 16 years old and I live with my two sisters. I've been singing since I was young, and my sisters both taught me some dancing and gymnastics. Mr Sage taught me when I was younger." Sitting back down, Aquila smiled at Ariah and nudged her to go next.

Ariah took the pile of paper Aquila had passed on to her and put a copy on her desk as she said:

"My name is Ariah, I'm also 16 years old and I live with my grandmother back home. There I sing in operas and musicals of all kinds."

She then passed on the papers to a girl sitting in front of her in the middle of the classroom.

Turie took the stack of papers from Ariah and mumbled a thank you. She put one on her desk and handed the rest off.

"Hello," she spoke softly. Turie cleared her throat and continued louder. "Hello. My name is Turie." She reached up and gently pushed a stray strand of pale blue hair behind her ear. "I am sixteen years old, as well. I am the fourth child of seven. We each had our own talents and my family was very supportive of everything we did." She looked down slightly from both missing her family and wishing everyone's attention was elsewhere. "I have sung every day since I could." She paused and then looked at Mr. Sage and continued when she noticed he was about to move to the next person. "I am a soprano," she quickly added. Sheesh, the first day of singing class and I almost forgot to tell him which part I sing. Wonderful start.

((I'm just letting you know that I will be gone for the next couple of days, probably at least over the week-end. So if anyone could take care of Ariah while I'm gone I would appreciate that ))

(Ria, I'm terribly sorry, but I have to drop out of this. I thought that I might be able to handle it, but I can't. School just started for me, and I'm afraid I've got much more work on my hands than I was expecting. Oh, dear... I really was looking forward to being in this, and I so wish I could stay, but I can't. Please understand.)
