I have been seeing a big increase in the number of SQL Server Has Gone Away, Connection Refused, etc. errors lately. This seems to be increasing in frequency.

I discovered yesterday that the Style/theme may be corrupt. It also appears that the long ago removed arcade still lingers. This will need to be resolved.

Ideally, this will be entirely transparent, but if anything seems a little odd, you may need to clear out your cache/cookies for pinkpt for things to resolve.

Please let me know if anything becomes broken during this cleanup process.

After months (years?) of adjusting the mysql max_allowed_packet and wait_timeout settings, I stumbled across a suggestion to add a swap file on the server. Added a swap file this morning, so let's see how this goes.

Still working on cleaning up the legacy/leftover stuff in the style template.
