How come the links is the avatar page not working, also is there a list with all the avatars avaiable. Thanks.

The avatar page? To change your avatar click profile at the top and scroll to the bottom to change it. Or do you mean the avatar gallery? Click profile, scroll to the bottom, and click show gallery.

Linking to it directly does not work. Go to 
Profile, scroll down to the bottom of the page, and then click on the "Show Gallery" button. The avatar gallery will open and then you simply click on the avatar you want to use. There is also a drop down menu that you can use to get to the other types of avatars.

Just a hunch, but I think this person is talking about Neoboard Avatars. In that case, the page would be here:
