Avatar Discussion & NC Mall gone?

Did someone just press a wrong button cleaning up the forum, or what happened?

From what I can see all the NC Mall topics (e.g. The Christmas stocking freebie from the NC Mall) and Avatar Discussion (e.g. MystyGirl's Avatar Catalog Updates topic which used to be in Avatar Discussion) have somehow been moved into General Chat which has left Avatar Discussion & NC Mall with no posts in their boards with the exception of the two global announcement topics that are on all PPT boards.
Summary: All the topics in NC Mall and Avatar Discussion weren't deleted they have just been moved to the Neopets General Chat board.
Why the topics were moved? I have no idea, I just believe a forum hiccup on both boards occured and caused it to happen.

It's an intentional change rather than a random one; expect some form of announcement explaining the reasons behind it in the future.
