Because down the bottom its meant to say on neopets images used by permision but it dosnt so does this mean that we can get into legal trouble or will PPT get into legal trouble?

The serious legal trouble is using thier artwork to make money. An example would be printing it on t-shirts and selling it. On web pages that you run, it is concidered Publishing with a big 'P' so credit must be listed. Chat boards does not fit in those categories. It is not a big deal.

The rule only applies to websites, the forums are fine.

In legal terms you may not use the art work or pictures from Neopets and try to sell it as your own much less sell it at all! Hope this fixes the confusion:)
