no borders around the forum topics?

Am I missing something or have you guys changed the layout. The borders are missing around the forum topics. When I scan down it looks like everyones posts are together. They are not separated by the boxes.. Or is this just from my viewpoint of my own computer.. Looks sort of messy or unorganized.. and the color is grey. It used to have a nice winter theme going..
..after edit.. HMM alex.. wonder how I fix it.. Ive seen this for 2 days now..

Some adblocking software can be set to remove the borders. If you ahve that kind of software, check your BlOcKeD elements.
