Although I'm kinda good with Graphics and HTML, I've been to other forums befor so I know how this Avatar-Siggy thing works.
Anyway, I hope to enjoy the forums. Can anyone tell me what are the rules? I don't want to do anything bad that against the rules...

It is at the top of this board if you ever need to find it again. The rules are always clearly posted at the top of all the boards (it is always the first one because they are labeled as announcements).
One rule that new people commonly break is the "no double posting rule". If you need to add anything to what you just said and no one has posted after you yet, hit the "edit" button in the upper right hand corner of your post. You can add to the post that way.
It sounds like you have a pretty good grasp on things you should and should not do anyway, so don't worry too much. The mods here are friendly and will gently correct you if you do something wrong.
