Hi, welcome to the forums.
The first thing I would reccomend doing is reading the forum rules. Then I'd probably skim over the various boards and see if there are any topics I'd be interested in reading. If I see something I had a comment on I would jump in and post. ;P

Theres so much to do, at first its a bit overwhealming but soon you'll find the boards you like and settle right in, Welcome to PPT.
