It's been so long since I started neopets I have no idea. I assume you simply deposit money and start off with the lowest bank account.

Go to Mr. Skeith the Banker (just kidding about his name), put in some details on that sign-up for that thing, ignore the addresses, just put your username, and if they don't allow non-addresses add some gibberish, deposit just 1NP (if you want, add more) and you're set.

Sorry for late reply; I had a hectic day dealing with uniforms and performing at some kind of 'National University of (my country) High School of Mathematics and Science'. o.o

All I have to say is..
boy, that school has geniuses, but they sure aren't bug-free. It was crawling with millepides O.O

Anyway .. No actually I'm not that much into FF anymore, but I couldn't find any images for new signatures; and the rageaholic style has stopped cos Alison (rageaholic) ain't making them anymore. x_x
