I'm new round here... And I'd like to report an evil monster

Hello I'm Neopian who has publicly existed for 44 months, or so my look-up tells me. This forum, I have lurked on for a long time >_> But I finally made myself an avatar and joined.
My main goals on Neopets have been making oodles of Neopoints (At which I have never succeed
) and building a NeoMansion. All of my Neopoints seem to drain away into furniture.
*Opip Looks both ways as if suspect some being to be standing near by... Watching*
Now down to my monster....
I've been ridiculed everywhere else I've sought help But I'm sure some of you can help me.
This Thing has been skulking about my home... I would fear for my children, if I had any. As it is I fear for my cat.
Heres a quick sketch, sadly I didn't have a camera with me:
It seems to come and go in a red Toyota with the lisence number 66619R3 New Jersey U.S.A. I suspect Satan >_>

Hey, welcome to PPT! I'm guessing since you've lurked here, you know 'bout all the basics and stuff, so I'm not gonna bore you with all the formalities. Hope you make plenty of friends here 
Jeez, your avatar beats mine by a long shot. When I joined, I stuck with one of the standard ones for about a month.
Now about that monster...
Hmmm.... well my first suspect would of been Adam, but with the lack of asparagus in the sketch, I have been lead to believe that your monster is simply a giant man in a fish suit. Or it could be Satan dressed up as a giant man in a fish suit.
That Toyota is completely coincidental *nodds head* In fact, I recall letting a strange man with a strong smell of Sushi borrow a very similar vehicle. I never did quite see it again...

Welcome to the forums! How did you get a picture of such a terrifying monster there? o_O He -- if this monster is indeed a "he" -- reminds me of this story I once heard.
Hmm ... I wonder how it went? It was about a Sad Fish Man, but I wasn't paying attention to the details. *shakes head* I hope you can keep safe from this weird monster, anyway. Good luck -- and if you need a place of refuge because the Fish Dude's done something scary with your house, you can come to PPT.

Welcome to PPT! And good luck with that monster. You know I've always wondered why no one has reported a monster sighting yet on this board. And here you have it, we got a monster sighting. *pats back and gives you little monster cupcakes* They're delicious and only slightly nutricious.
