Oh gosh. The colors...make no sense to me at all. I have no idea where all your theories are stemming from and where you're all trying to get from these theories. *Is completely bewildered* But I've got to contribute somehow! *Goes to do some research*

I am going to try to bring up all the properties to about 80 for 25 grams worth of those two items, since that's about what I needed in the second composite.

you do realize that if you max out everything on bloodfern you get a steady 330 stats. It turns into the glovy blueish color, if I rember correctly. had 25g of the stuff at some point

I did trials on all the ingredients and all the actions, using the same quantity and the same duration for each trial (5 grams of ingredient, 60 seconds), to see what moves things up, down, or not at all, and by how much it moves.

Image

That might help with looking at how you want to manipulate ingredients... I guess. You'll see two columns under each action ("trial 1" and "trial 2"), because I ran each test twice to see if results were repeatable.

Yeah...I'm just trying to max out each step for each of those ingredients...not very complex, but that's what I'm trying. It'll be teh suck if I have the amounts wrong...

You guys probably already know this, but I'm too lazy to check the archives.

Hmm... I think this one's gonna end up being a lot more complicated. Let's just see if I can remember how to make that one composite... I think it had Bloodfern Loam and Leafy Slorgblossom, but I can't remember which property it needed...

(More instructions appeared?)

Also, has anyone noticed this: (Or is mine a special case...)

The two final properties are the same...

Oh, brother! I am back on Step 2 and when I got my ingredient of 10 grams to the right level I clicked Create a New Composite. Then when I clicked combine on my ingredient of 8 grams, it said it couldn't locate a composite! Has anyone experienced this? So I clicked Create a New Composite with the second bunch and sure enough, I got 2 composites! Threw the whole mess in the cauldron and now I am starting over. Help, guys!

My Bloodfern results match yours, but <strike>my Leafy Slogblossom soak does not. I'll recheck it.</strike> No, my mistake.

1 gram Leafy, action done for 10 seconds:
Burn: +3 (2.5?) conj, +10 Div, +5 Ench, +5 Pow
Crush: +1 Conj, +6 Div, +3 Ench, +3 Pow
Soak: +1 Conj, +4.5 Div, +2.5 Ench, +2.5 Pow
Desiccate: +1 Conj, +4 Div, +2.5? Ench, +2.5? Pow

Bloodfern Foam, action done for 10 seconds (interpolated from 20 seconds):
Burn: +20 conj, -10 Div, -10 Ench, -10 Pow
Crush: +65 Conj, +20 Div, -15 Ench, +30 Pow
Soak: -10 Conj, -10 Div, +10 Ench, +30 Pow
Desiccate: +2.5 Conj, +27.5 Div, +30 Ench, -7.5 Pow

x times as much -> either x times longer or 1/x times the gain

this is driving me nuts.. so any idea on how we make spectral essence.. the thing that confuses me is despite alla my tinkering.. we dont even have a clue as to what property it is like div conjur etc.. so maybe we have to do something before we discover that?

hmm... I think this one's gonna end up being a lot more complicated. Let's just see if I can remember how to make that one composite... I think it had Bloodfern Loam and Leafy Slorgblossom, but I can't remember which property it needed...
Composite #1:
Special: Spectral Essence
Quantity: 25 grams

was there when I woke.. so once we figure the property needed, I think it is likely going to be the same for everyone in this case, not sure yet.. just speculation we can really do some hard core work to figure it out.

Am looking to refer a few people to premium! Want a referal please contact me!

You need to click on the composite you want to combine it with before clicking the 'combine' button.

Unit changes for Leafy Slorgblossom and Bloodfern Loam.
# of points for one gram with the action done for one second.
x times more material means either you would need to do it for x times longer or you will get 1/x times the points.

Stat gain from action = number from table * time / mass

Code:
          |     | Leafy | Bloodfern | (point*grams per second)
----------+-----+-------+-----------|
Burn      |Conj | + 2.5 | + 20      |
          |Div  | +10   |  -10      |
          |Ench | + 5   |  -10      |
          |Pow  | + 5   |  -10      |
----------+-----+-------+-----------|
Crush     |Conj | + 1.5 | + 65      |
          |Div  | + 6   | + 20      |
          |Ench | + 3   |  -15      |
          |Pow  | + 3   | + 30      |
----------+-----+-------+-----------|
Soak      |Conj | + 1   |  -10      |
          |Div  | + 4.5 |  -10      |
          |Ench | + 4.5 | + 10      |
          |Pow  | + 2.5 | + 30      |
----------+-----+-------+-----------|
Desiccate |Conj | + 1   |  - 2.5    |
          |Div  | + 4   | + 27.5    |
          |Ench | + 2   | + 30      |
          |Pow  | + 2   |  - 7.5    |
----------+-----+-------+-----------+
