PLEASSEEEE no more meepits!

If there was a plot that introduced Lutari Island to everyone, that would be awesome. I'm really hoping there's a pirate plot (if there wasn't one already, I missed out on a chunk of plots from giving up for awhile) And that whole world war idea was a great one

Such a great idea! :)

Well, a war plot now seems just about impossible. With so many users, and the site being extremely laggy with just a puzzle plot [the graveyard, and the fighting the mayor and all], it just seems like it would be hard for them to coordinate without tons of glitches. Before during the Meridell war, it wasn't that bad really, I never froze and never had to wait to get into the battledome. But there just seems like there are way too many people trying to get in at once.. maybe they'll do something like Maraqua with the supporters or something..

Anyway, that new comic definitely looks like a new plot, so I guess we'll be heading over to Geraptiku for some Indiana Jones type action sometime eventually. There's a faerie lenny in the comic, he looks so cute :P

I'm really hoping that the next plot isn't a war plot. I'm sorry, but I don't feel like forking out around 10k np for one point of upgrade every time I want to train my pet. I'm hoping that it will go down again so I can train before the next war.

I'm hoping codestone prizes will drop too. I would like a war, but I need to train my pet first and right now that's too expensive.

*Trudges in from a long absence with chest colds, exams and kitchen work*

I think Sloth is dying down a bit, in the public eye. There are plenty of people (including me) who have never seen Sloth in a plot, despite having been here for a 'long' time (depending on your definition of long - though, granted, I may not have paid as much attention to plots back then).
So, yeah, with all this Sloth-Is-Pure-Evil stuff, they'd better get a plot out soon before there's no one left from way back when. I'd really like to see one, finally - I've been waiting for ages!

Earlier on, it was mentioned that seperated battles could be a problem. This doesn't have to be so - as with previous plots, choose which side you're on, good or evil. The enemies can be out at different times for each side, with different puzzles for each side (except that, if seperated, the puzzles may be fewer because it's extra work. A LOT extra. )
And I don't like the idea of the plot requiring puzzles to be completed before battles can begin. Not because it would bother me, but I know very well that neopets plots have plenty of monotonous bits. Battledomers shouldn't be forced to sit through that just to take part in the battle.

..I just had an idea. You know that neoschool we never had? Wouldn't a NeoSchool plot be a cool idea? That way they (sortof) get two birds with one stone. I mean, I have no idea how it would happen, but there's bound to be a neoschool plot waiting in someone's head, just begging to get out.

So, that's what I'd like. Or a sloth plot. That or Sloth. Imagine, if Sloth was taking our 20% (as was mentioned earlier), and using it to plan a world war? Dunno how he'd do it. Don't ask me. It's TNT's job, not mine. :P Heh. ^^ Or that meepit thing someone mentioned. For a mini plot, a meepit and feepit world war, involving petpet battles.

And for another mini plot, let's have a hole digging contest. Remember being a child, and trying to dig a hole to China? (Okay, so I was 17, and it wasn't to China.) Well, now let's grab a handful of sand and dig our way to Shenkuu! (Scratch that idea, I'm just crazy.)

I hope they do a war sometime next year, but I doubt TNT will do that. During the ToW the battledome lagged really bad and that wasn't even a real/full war. I wonder what would happen to the battledome if there would be a realy war.

I really hope they won't ever do a "mini-plot" anymore. :D

Yeah...the "mini-plots" are more trouble than they're worth...at least the ones like Altador. The other ones, like Cyodrake's Gaze, aren't too bad. My idea is this. If they're going to give crappy prizes out after a "mini-plot" and if they want to call it a "mini-plot," they should make it less work. Altador seemed like a full-on puzzle plot, if you ask me.

Yes, doing the altador plot took me atleast as much time as the tale of woe. It definitly wasn't a mini-plot for me. That's why I thought when tnt said that we would be "mine-rewarded for our mini-efforts in the mini-plot" was sarcastic. Especially since it took them over 3 months to release the prizes. - sigh- I really liked to altador plot itself though, it was a fun plot to do. :)

I gotta say, I'd like there to be no more worlds introduced for a while. Something tells me that Lutari Island will stay closed for now, so no luck there.

I definitely like the idea of a new Sloth plot (I, too, am too "young" to have been in a Sloth plot (May, 2002)), and/or a Kreludor plot.

I also like the idea of a Geraptiku plot, or one that finally proves that Jelly World does in fact exist!

A multi-world plot might be fun, though I hope it's more than finding where a ship has landed. I never got around to doing that plot because the set-up comics took too long, there was nothing to do. So I lost interest. Same thing happened to me with the LDP, too much waiting for the next step. I think the only reason I managed the Altador plot was that it was already solved by the time I came back to Neopets and found it. So I was able to do it in a few day's time.

You're right, though, there do seem to be a ton of new plots and mini-plots lately.

I may be a cold-blooded jelly donut, but my timing is impeccable.

Lol... all of you have such great ideas, but I'm gonna have to be a bandwagon jumper here and vote for Sloth. I, unlike others, do remember Sloth's reign of terror; I even adopted a grundo lol... And immediately fed it poisonous jelly so it would be purple :P
But I also remember them promising us another plot involving Dr. Frank Sloth about... 4 or 5 years ago? Yeah, it never came. *gr* Although a Geraptiku plot would be cool too... Oh how i love the exploring of tombs. :P

Think of how quickly though the tomb exploration would become pain-staking work? Remember the meepits and vines? I was cursing meepits for almost a full day after that.. I don't think I could take endless tomb searching :/

Pfft, you're lucky! ;) My pet takes 6 codestones, which is about 30k per point, if I'm lucky and don't get asked for a lot of eo and main. My friend sirhatter needs two RED ones, so average is around 140k per point, a bit less if he's lucky and is asked for cheaper ones.

I'd love a war plot... IF they make sure the servers can handle it.

Its not exactly a stereotype, its the same character every time.

So has anyone heard anything about a new plot? It seems unusual that no one knows what's coming. I mean...weren't people looking forward to ToW for a long time before it was released?

It doesn't really matter.. The Sloth/Kreludor Plot you guys are talking about sounds great.. I just hope that this time I actually know it is there so I can participate.. So far I have only done Meridell, LDP, and Altador. And what about Kiko Lake, and Roo Island.. I almost forgot they were there.

Wow, I would HATE to be you, Cranberry :P

The point is this: Cranberry, sirhatter, and many others like them have already paid tens of millions to train their pets and buy weapons, with very few rewards. Just like events like Daily Dare are catered toward gamers, wars cater toward battlers, a major part of the site. If it really bothers you guys to have a war plot, just sit back and watch us battle.

Finally, to anyone who doesn't battle on Neo, I highly suggest it. It's a lot of fun to save for weapons or train just to beat that next 1-player opponent, and wars are a lot of fun as well.
