I wonder if maybe it's counting a full 9 points even if the other team scored a goal?

I can't be sure about anything before that, but for the past few days I've noticed my goal total goes up by the total number of goals I score, not the number of points (i.e., your goals - other team's)

If it makes you feel any better, my husband lost another *22* games between yesterday and today, bringing his missing total up to at LEAST 50 missing games (he's not too happy about that). ...

I sent 180 wins yesterday (average 8.78 goals per game - over 1500 goals total), and my husband sent 160 wins (22 of which didn't show up). Yeah, I know, 180 is insane. I *feel* insane for just making it through that many in a day! We didn't get started until at least 2 in the afternoon and took several mini-breaks for dinner, etc. I'll definitely be getting a gold trophy now, since I double-ranked (I was close to the top of 14 previously) and am now Rank 16!!

Your husband's point loss doesn't make me feel better - I'm sorry he's still losing points too - but at least if several people are affected, they should hopefully throw more points at us again to correct the imbalance when ALL the servers are back up. Right?

For the goal points on your personal rankings, I *think* it has always counted your actual total goals scored, not the number of points you've clocked for your team. That was how I always understood it, anyway.

LOL, thanks - I know it is! I *feel* ludicrous! (Yes, I'm admitting I'm crazy, so don't go picking on afyapardess for calling me such, it doesn't bother me ) There are some people who have gotten to the top rank (and like, at least a week ago, which is even more insane, IMO) - it's got a special name instead of "Rank #", but I don't remember what that is. I've still got a long way to go to get to the top rank - I'm at 1403.6667 points, and you need 2000 points for Rank 20. That's 600 points (150 per rank)...in 6 days, provided we go to finals (which we have almost no chance of missing on at this point) - roughly 100 games a day. Thankfully, I've got Weds. off, which means more time then, Tuesday night, and if we have finals, extra time Friday night and then Sat. Tonight, if I don't make it to the full 100, I'm not going to sweat *too* much. If they hadn't decided to make finals 3 days long...I wouldn't have a shot at it. As it is, my husband had given up on getting a gold and was going to settle for silver, but upon realizing that we were almost guaranteed to go to finals, decided to aim for the bottom gold. (Yes, he's on Roo, too. He thought it'd be better if we didn't go against each other, and I agree )

I really hope they get all the points back up - he's starting to get frustrated, which I don't blame him for at all. He had tried to double rank yesterday as well (we figured Krawk would be the best team to try that against), and woke up this morning to find out it hadn't worked due to the points that didn't show (which made him kinda grumpy). Hopefully with enough bug reports...those who are losing points will get them back.

On another note, Tyrannia beat Terror Mountain this time around, so it was a doubly joyous day for me. Now if we can just beat Altador, I'll be happy.

Weird that it didn't quite add up to 2000 points...maybe they've tweaked the system a bit or there's some scores not displaying? {shrugs} Who knows...the way things have been with the points, I'm just hoping mine keep counting, and I figure I'll aim for over the 2000 just to be safe...if I can get that far!

Thank you! I am actually missing slightly over 20 YYB games, so that may be what's causing the discrepancy. (Like some others, I've kept meticulous track of my games. )

Honestly, I didn't play all that much last year, which is why I worked so hard this year. If I had just put in a little more effort, I could have gotten the top prizes, so my regret really motivated me this time around.

Actually, with my time-saving policies, it comes out to about 2:40 per game, which saves more time than you might think. I played about 5 1/2 hours every day, but I took 1-hour breaks for every hour of playing time.

And no, I have a nice, healthy tan, because I used one of those hour-long breaks to take a walk almost every day.

Mmm, I agree on the boredom front. Last year it was better, I could relax and play over three or four days - scoring a bunch of games at my pace. This year though, its every day you have to play, and I just can't be bothered. To have to try and play a whole bunch of games every day is too taxing, there are days I don't want to and days I really want to - but because I feel the need to play every day in order to support the team and whatnot, I just can't be bothered putting any special effort into the games.

I mean, I wouldn't have played as much as last year anyway because I exerted myself a lot last time and nothing major has changed, but I would have played more if they had given each match two days and only had one round.

I know, I know, I could play the other games, but Make Some Noise scores so little points, and Slushie Server is so ridiculously mundanely repeatitive (and slow, let me jump to level five and I might play it) that I can't be bothered. So here I am, bored out of my mind watching the same little ball of a goalkeeper try to get the fire yooyu you know he won't catch - its gone on too long, nothing major has changed last year and I just can't be bothered. Let's not have a cup next year, let's just get a real plot (unlike the remarkably poorly ended Lost Isle plot)

YEAH! Although the AC isn't bad and gives good prizes if you participate. But let's have a major plot, like Meridell vs Darigan, or war of maraqua. Stuff like those. TNT is pumping out plots, though they're all small.
